And don’t let the name fool you, in addition to your espresso machine, Mountain Espresso works well as Drip, French Press and Pour Over! Roasted with care to create a deliciously rich, dark chocolatey flavor that turns to a caramel finish, Mountain Espresso is known for being full bodied and lacking bitterness.

Rock Canyon House Blend – Medium Roast, Butterscotch, Smooth Flavors
This is the Goldilocks of coffee – not too light, not too dark, it’s just right! The House Blend is just perfectly suited for those wanting a solid, delicious, consistent cuppa joe. Smooth, buttery notes with a bit of sweetness define this coffee as a true comfort food. It plays well as Drip, French Press, or Pour Over.

Ethiopia Sidamo “Chelfit” – Medium Roast, Dried Blueberry Aromatics, Creamy Finish
Hailing from Ethiopia, the genetic origin of all coffee, these beans have an essence of blueberries and chocolate creating a surprising cup of coffee with its layers of flavor.  This sun dried Sidamo “Chelfit” is roasted medium and is equally delicious in a Drip, French Press, or Pour Over.

  • If you’re a fan of the cold brew method, this is the bean for you. The cold brew process brings out notes of oak barrel aged bourbon – no foolin’!
  • Also, blends well with our SWP Decaf Mountain Espresso for a rich afternoon half-caff.

Swiss Water Process is the method used to naturally decaffeinate coffee without chemicals. SWP is also the best method to decaffeinate coffee with the least impact on the flavor in your cup. For those who want to leave the blending to us, we’ve created a Half-Caff Blend using our  Decaf with Ethiopia

Sidiamo “Chelfit. This blend imparts a deep, rich flavor with hints of blueberries from the Ethiopian. Enjoy it as a stand alone cup in a Drip, French Press, or Pour Over.
